An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a leading player in the FMCG Personal Care sector. This company is at the forefront of innovation, offering a diverse range of high-quality grooming and wellness solutions across multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key national accounts, driving sales growth and profitability
- Create and implement strategic business plans for assigned accounts
- Negotiate commercial terms and promotional activities with major retailers
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in national account management within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will possess:
- Substantial experience in managing key accounts in the UK retail landscape
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously
Location:
Surrey – 3 days office / 2 days home
Package:
£60,000 – £65,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Bens
