A leading international FMCG business is looking for an ambitious National Account Manager (Grocery Retail) to join its commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a major grocery customer account while working within a collaborative, high-performing commercial function.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a key retail customer portfolio
- Delivering sales, profit and volume growth
- Developing Joint Business Plans
- Building strong customer relationships
- Managing forecasting and promotional plans
- Identifying commercial growth opportunities
- Working closely with Category, Marketing, Innovation and Supply Chain teams
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- FMCG commercial or account management experience
- Experience working with UK grocery retailers
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent forecasting and analytical capability
- Great relationship-building skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
This role would suit an experienced National Account Executive ready to step into a Commercial Manager position, or an existing NAM looking for a new challenge.
