A globally recognised Food & Drinks business, with leading retail brands that sit comfortably at No1 and No2 in one the UK\’s fastest growing FMCG categories are currently searching for a driven and ambitious Marketing Director for the UK & Ireland.
The role will be part of the UK Leadership Team reporting into the UK&I General Manager, with a team of 6 direct reports (25 direct & indirect in total) managing a £600m RSV portfolio.
Your team will be accountable for supporting and developing the brand strategies and execution and product launches for the UK & Ireland driving sales and market share growth.
This will include:
- Leading and driving the UK&I marketing agenda
- Management of all UK&I marketing activities across a portfolio of brands
- Developing local market research and insight to identify new trends and opportunities
- Executing ATL and BTL brand activation
- Managing and coordinating all NPD and NPE activities
The ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG marketing background with proven experience in managing and leading a marketing team/function. A track record of delivering growth and success within a commercial organisation will be essential.
Package: £Competitive 6 Figure Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + LTIPs + Benefits
Location: Berkshire (flexible hybrid working)
