Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key on-trade accounts across the North West, including national chains, regional groups and independent operators.
- Build and execute joint business plans that deliver volume, distribution and brand visibility objectives.
- Drive listing opportunities and range reviews across the portfolio of premium spirits and wines.
- Monitor performance against targets and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the activation of brand campaigns in the on-trade channel.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have a proven track record in drinks, FMCG or hospitality sales, with strong experience in the on-trade channel.
- Commercially minded, relationship-focused and comfortable operating independently across a regional territory.
- Experience managing national or regional pub, bar or restaurant groups is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of the UK drinks market and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, skilled in negotiation and capable of influencing at all levels.
