An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Brand Manager to join a well-established health and wellness FMCG business with a strong heritage and loyal consumer base across the UK and Ireland. This is a brand-driven role within a business that values innovation, consumer insight and long-term brand building. You'll be working closely with a supportive Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams including Sales, PR and Science, with exposure to wider European marketing activity.

The Role

  • You'll take ownership of local brand campaigns, shopper marketing initiatives and partnership activity - bringing creative ideas to life and ensuring everything ladders up to the wider brand strategy.
  • This is a hands-on role with genuine scope to shape how the brand shows up across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and execution of local BTL campaigns, working with creative and media agencies to deliver against marketing funnel objectives.
  • Managing partnerships across sports, publishing and charity sectors to drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • Developing compelling content that reflects the brand’s core messaging, supporting digital strategy and SEO optimisation.
  • Planning and implementing shopper marketing activity in collaboration with retail customers and the Sales team to drive conversion at point of sale.
  • Acting as a brand guardian across all communications, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on brand health, using consumer insight to inform future activity.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We’re looking for someone with B2C marketing experience within FMCG or retail, who understands how to deliver integrated campaigns from brief through to execution.
  • You’ll bring project management skills, experience working with external agencies, and be confident creating content for different channels.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly across multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nielsen, IRI or Dunnhumby would be beneficial.
  • Above all, you’ll be commercially minded, collaborative and passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers.
