e-Commerce Customer Marketing Manager with a global FMCG drinks business. This role sits within a dynamic team focused on delivering impactful shopper campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creativity, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.

6 Month FTC with scope to extend to 12 months. Remote based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital campaign strategies across key UK online retail platforms, primarily Amazon and Grocery Dot Com.
  • Manage and optimise in-platform advertising to maximise brand visibility, drive conversion, and deliver measurable Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities across Wholesale and On-Trade to drive digital excellence.
  • Lead the relationship and performance management of external media agencies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of media performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to generate actionable insights.
The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or performance marketing. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in performance marketing or e‐commerce agency roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Retailer/Omni Media ad products and tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe.
  • Understanding of programmatic buying platforms and the digital ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across functions.
