An opportunity to join a FMCG business working with a portfolio of well-known healthy food & drinks brands as Digital Marketing Manager, driving the digital agenda across a much-loved consumer brand in the UK and ROI markets. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Marketing Manager, with responsibility for the implementation and localisation of digital strategy across all channels. You'll be at the heart of brand-building activity, working across social, content, SEO, PPC and influencer marketing to deliver measurable growth and engagement. This role offers genuine scope to shape digital direction and work across the full marketing mix in a fast-moving, creative environment.

The Role

  • Lead the implementation of the digital marketing strategy across all owned and paid channels, supporting brand objectives and campaign activity.
  • Manage digital content across platforms including CMS, social media, SEO and PPC, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and tone of voice.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and influencer partnerships to drive brand engagement and product consideration.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance, report on ROI and KPIs, and provide insights to optimise future activity.
  • Work closely with external agencies, internal teams and European counterparts to deliver integrated campaigns and share best practice.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and innovation, bringing fresh thinking and new opportunities to the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You'll bring B2C digital marketing experience, ideally gained within FMCG or retail.
  • You'll have an understanding of how to activate digital strategy across channels, with hands-on experience in SEO, content management, social media and paid media.
  • Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to analyse data, spot trends and translate insight into action.
  • You'll be a confident communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with agencies and across functions to deliver results.
