We are searching for an experienced Category Manager to join a leading FMCG food company. This role offers the chance to drive category growth and shape the future of retail partnerships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As Category Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end category management, from insight generation to customer partnering and market execution. You will play a crucial role in influencing positive change and driving sustainable category growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies that deliver growth for both the business and retail partners.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling sell stories.
- Build collaborative relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner and category expert.
- Lead total category range reviews with key retail accounts.
- Provide regular market data and category insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the consumer perspective within the business to drive innovation and decision-making.
- Experience in FMCG roles, preferably in category management.
- Proven track record of partnering with and influencing UK Grocery Multiple Retailers.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with various data sources.

- Experience in both own label and brand-led category management (desirable).
