Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category management plans for UK retailers, identifying category and shopper data insights.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to formulate customer strategies and ensure alignment with brand and retailer objectives.
- Build and present customer proposals for range reviews, including product and merchandising recommendations.
- Oversee promotional activity evaluation to justify ROI and effectiveness, sharing learnings with commercial teams.
- Manage the IRI database and conduct continuous analysis using various data sources.
- Take the lead in customer marketing at top retailer meetings, working closely with the sales team.
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Category Management, preferably within FMCG.
- Solid experience using IRI and Kantar data.
- Strong knowledge of the UK retail landscape, particularly major multiples and High Street Retailers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Location Central London with 1-2 days in London.
Package Competitive and dependent on experience.
