A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced eCommerce Manager to join a leading FMCG business with a growing presence in the UK and Europe. This role sits within the International division of the business and is responsible for driving sales and profit growth through successful management of eCommerce accounts across Europe and Africa. The role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional eCommerce strategy, identifying growth opportunities across various platforms and markets.
- Manage key eCommerce accounts, including Amazon, while enhancing capabilities of distributor partners.
- Own the eCommerce P&L for the region, preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Lead joint business planning with distributors to deliver growth and achieve key eCommerce metrics.
- Optimise go-to-market strategies and work closely with distributors to align goals and achieve KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in eCommerce strategy and account management within Europe.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial management and P&L components.
- Experience in building relationships with distributors and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across cultures.
- A degree-level education and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
