A leading FMCG Food business are searching for a passionate and driven Demand Planner.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, analytical professional passionate about forecasting and operational excellence who will thrive in a flexible environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Demand Planning Analyst, you\’ll be instrumental in:

  • Forecasting Excellence: Supporting medium to long-term financial and operational demand plans through deep analysis of historical sales data across customers and products.
  • Performance Insights: Collaborating with commercial teams to identify trends, refine forecasts, and improve accuracy and bias.
  • Process Leadership: Maintaining internal reporting systems and acting as the key contact for planning tools.
  • Operational Support: Providing hands-on demand planning guidance to commercial teams, with a focus on Ireland.

Your Profile

We\’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in analysing large data sets with a strong cross-channel background (Convenience, Grocery, Hospitality).
  • Analytical and numerically skilled with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
  • A skilled communicator, capable of challenging constructively and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Flexible and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in interpreting and managing large data volumes.
  • Expertise in FMCG, food, or drinks is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, and demand planning systems

Location: London

Package: £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
