We are looking for an ambitious Customer Account Manager to join an international FMCG food business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that challenges the status quo and drives industry-leading results. Key Responsibilities: Take full P&L responsibility for your assigned retail customer (this could be Wholesale, Top 4 Grocery Retailer or Discounters). Manage end-to-end account relationships, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction. Lead the execution of strategic business plans, from prioritisation to sales forecasting and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, and operations teams to deliver business goals. Identify and seize incremental growth opportunities through promotional activities. Maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders to support ongoing business development. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within FMCG. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Desirable Experience: Prior experience with branded products. Creative thinking to transform challenges into opportunities.
