Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the delivery of key category reports and processes for both on and off-trade channels
  • Identify and manage third-party insight partners to maximise ROI
  • Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
  • Support sales and marketing teams with key insights to drive growth
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative projects to identify brand, shopper, and consumer insights
  • Contribute to category strategy development and identify long-term commercial opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a driven professional with a passion for category development and insight. You should have:

  • Experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, or a related function. This could be with another FMCG business or working for an Insight Agency.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with key market data sources (e.g., CGA, Circana, Nielsen, Kantar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A creative mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
