The Role

Be the go-to expert for insights across the food category, analysing data from sources such as Circana, Kantar, and EPOS.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling strategies that benefit the retailer, the consumer, and the business.
Present insights and recommendations during customer meetings, ensuring a "category-first" approach that drives mutual success.
Monitor industry trends and share insights to influence internal and external strategies.
Contribute to annual brand planning, ensuring customer needs remain at the forefront of all initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a category management or an analytical role within FMCG (client or agency side).
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with expertise in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms such as Nielsen or Kantar.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present complex insights in a clear and engaging way.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build lasting relationships both internally and with retail partners.
