Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the long term strategic plan for a number of brands in the portfolio
- Drive innovation by identifying trends and bringing new ideas to market swiftly
- Elevate brand partnerships, focusing on premiumisation and shelf appeal
- Own the portfolio P&L, optimising price-pack architecture and unlocking growth opportunities
- Analyse performance data, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with the equity team to create compelling campaigns and activation plans
- Mentor and support an Assistant Brand Manager on the portfolio
