As they continue to expand, they’re looking for aBrand Activation Manager to take ownership of shopper marketing, in-store execution, and digital brand presence—ensuring their products are easy to find, shop, and enjoy.

The Role
Sitting within the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement across key customers in retail and digital channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, category, and external agency partners to deliverimpactful activation plans that resonate with shoppers and drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and executeactivation plans that align with commercial objectives
- Work closely with retailers to ensure standoutin-store visibility and promotions
- Lead oncustomer events to drive engagement and brand presence
- Collaborate with digital teams to enhanceonline brand execution
- Measure and evaluate the success of activations, ensuringROI and continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For
- FMCG experience in trade/brand marketing
- Proven track record ofturning insights into execution
- Strongbudget and project management skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to workcross-functionally
- Hands-on, proactive, and thrives in afast-paced environment
