Responsibilities

  • Sell and cultivate a strong clientele base; lead by example in our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products, necessitating relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.
  • As you master the sales framework, opportunities will arise to train and mentor incoming team members as required.

  • Committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly

Additional Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Driver\’s License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain — study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor\’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
