Farmhouse Inns, part of Greene King, is recruiting an Apprentice Chef. Working full time, you’ll train while you cook, aiming to master delivering quality dishes across busy service. The programme blends on-the-job learning with practical chef skills.
You won’t need to attend college. Training is work-based with a mentor, regular reviews, and the chance to join four Chef Academy masterclasses. Lifetime Training delivers the Apprenticeship, with 30 hours per week over about 1 year 3 months.
