Senior Director of Quality

Allerton Bishop Search is proud to be retained to support the appointment of a Director of Quality in the United Kingdom. As the Director of Quality, you will oversee and lead a senior quality assurance management team whilst ensuring GxP compliance. Your responsibilities as Director of Quality will be: Lead and manage all quality activities for a GMP compliance. Manage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance management. Work cross functionally with functional leaders to drive a quality culture throughout the business. As the Director of Quality, you will lead UK and European health authority relationships. Continuous improvement of business processes and systems to improve long-term infrastructure and digitalisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Industry experience working within Pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly including GMP and GDP requirements.
