Following strong momentum since launching in Summer 2025, we are expanding our senior team and hiring a Principal Executive Search Consultant to lead leadership and permanent hiring mandates across the UK and Europe. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced search professional — or an established permanent recruiter ready to step into more complex, senior and advisory-led mandates. The Role
- Leading executive and senior permanent searches across Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and CDMO
- Delivering leadership talent across Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial
- Owning the full search lifecycle: client engagement, research & market mapping, candidate origination, assessment, offer execution and onboarding
- Building and nurturing C-suite and senior leadership relationships
- Positioning Allerton Bishop as a credible, consultative partner in the market
- Driving both delivery excellence and commercial growth
Your Profile
- Proven 360° recruitment or search experience
- Sector experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Medical Devices
- A track record of winning and developing new client relationships
- Confidence operating in outbound, candidate-led markets
- An ambition to learn, develop, or scale retained and advisory search solutions
- A mindset built for ownership, impact and long-term value creation
