Allerton Bishop is partnering with a global technology organisation to appoint a Senior Transformation Director during a significant phase of international growth, digital evolution, and operational modernisation. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming the company's global operating model, accelerating digitalisation initiatives, and driving greater scalability, efficiency, and organisational performance across an international technology-driven business.
Partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the successful candidate will lead complex transformation programmes across operations, technology, customer delivery, commercial functions, and corporate infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aligned to global growth and operational strategy.
- Modernise and optimise the global operating model to improve scalability, agility, and customer experience.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across systems, automation, data analytics, and operational infrastructure.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to improve operational effectiveness and business performance.
- Lead organisational change, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across international teams.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, and transformation delivery disciplines.
- Support integration, restructuring, and operational improvement programmes linked to business expansion.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on transformation, operational excellence, and organisational effectiveness.
- Extensive transformation leadership experience within global technology, SaaS, software, digital, or technology-enabled businesses.
- Proven track record leading operating model modernisation and enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.
- Strong experience across business transformation, organisational design, operational excellence, and change management.
- Experience implementing or optimising ERP, CRM, automation, cloud-based systems, and data-driven operational platforms.
- Commercially astute leader with the ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on programme delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability at Executive and Board level.
- Experience operating within fast-growth, PE-backed, listed, or highly dynamic international environments is highly desirable.
