Director of Quality (England)

Allerton Bishop Search is proud to be retained to support the appointment of a Director of Quality in the United Kingdom. As the Director of Quality, you will oversee and lead a senior quality assurance management team whilst ensuring GxP compliance.

Your responsibilities as Director of Quality will be:

• Lead and manage all quality activities for a GMP compliance.
• Manage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance management.
• Work cross functionally with functional leaders to drive a quality culture throughout the business.
• As the Director of Quality, you will lead UK and European health authority relationships.
• Continuous improvement of business processes and systems to improve long-term infrastructure and digitalisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Industry experience working within Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly including GMP and GDP requirements.
• Multi-site or External Manufacturing experience is highly desirable
