Allerton Bishop Search has been retained to appoint a Director of Global Quality in the United Kingdom. As the Director of Global Quality, you will lead a quality organisation across the UK, Europe and North America.
Your responsibilities as Director of Global Quality will be:
- Lead global quality compliance.
- Manage, develop and coach Quality Leaders in UK, Europe and North America.
- Work cross functionally with functional leaders to drive a quality culture throughout the business.
- Lead MHRA, EMA and FDA relationships.
- Inspire and motivate the Quality team to implement a world class Quality Management System.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Industry experience working within Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly including GMP and GDP requirements.
- Multi-site or Global Quality work experience is highly desirable.
- Track record of success within a global quality structure.
