We are looking for a Packaging Technician to join our inspection, labelling and packaging team on a 3 month fixed term contract.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are packaged for our patients, ensuring quality at all times.

About you

You may have experience of working in a similar background, but this isn\’t necessary. An eye for detail is really important as you will be inspecting products before they are packaged for our patients.

You will be comfortable working in a team and have a proactive approach to your work, with a real customer focus.

The role

You will be involved in the following:

• Working to daily inspection, labelling and packaging schedules
• Performing line clearances at the beginning and end of a task
• Confirming all products and packaging delivered to the line are checked for correct batch number and product
• Reconciling stock received, stock output and any rejects
• Performing manual and semi-automated inspection of vials and syringes
• Performing manual and semi-automated labelling of vials and syringes
• Performing manual packaging
• Ensuring all inspection, labelling and packaging activities are carried out in a GMP compliant manner
• Completing all necessary documentation to GMP standards
• Assisting with stock checks and stock control
• Ensuring all ILP materials are scrapped in line with procedures
• Preparing and collecting work for the ILP team to pack

Please note, this is a 3 month fixed term contract.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £24,570.00 per year
