We are seeking a South Indian Chef to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Chesterfield location. The role involves preparing and cooking authentic South Indian dishes, creating menu items, managing food quality and presentation, and ensuring the consistent use of traditional spices and techniques. The chef will also manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications:
