Allens Catering Equipment and Furniture Hire is an award-winning company with five depots in London, Southampton, Corsham, Exeter and Luton, supplying catering equipment, furniture and linen to events across the South of England.
This role is a Class 2 Driver HGV to join our Luton team and includes early starts and late finishes with additional weekend work. You will be required to drive 7.5t driver vehicles as well as 3.5t low loaders depending on the business needs across the event season.
This is a demanding active role as you will be delivering/collecting china, glassware, furniture and kitchen equipment from a range of hospitality functions and venues. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our team. You will need to have good communication skills and enjoy going the extra mile for our customers.
Requirements:- Full driving licence with HGV/Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement
- CPC qualified
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of local and surrounding areas
- Very good English and communication skills
