Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Divisional Service Manager within our KIA, OMODA – Jaecoo & Chery division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service manager looking to take that next step into a divisional role representing an already established leader in innovation and reliability with KIA and OMODA Jaecoo and Chery who are rapidly emerging as new forces in the industry, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking environment with huge potential for growth.

Based at our state-of-the-art KIA Centre in Milton Keynes, this position will require regular travel to all sites within the division. Offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £45,000 and an OTE of £65,000 with an overachievement bonus & a company vehicle provided and fuel.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service manager. We also look for the following skills and experience:

  • Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Proven track record of driving profitability within an automotive aftersales department
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all the brands
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Brand to address and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Provide daily hands-on-support to Aftersales Managers
  • Monitor and enhance service upsell reporting to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance service quality, profitability and compliance.
