Position: MS (7th B Team) Girls’ Volleyball Coach

Effective Date of Employment: Immediately upon completion of hiring process
Salary Schedule B Position: All Schedule B pay percentages are based on $48,346 for 2025-26
Qualifications- Evidence of successful coaching experience on the middle school level
- Evidence of expertise in teaching the fundamentals of individual skills and team play
- Evidence of the ability to develop a successful volleyball program
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Instruct and coach the middle school volleyball team through the season
- Create a positive learning experience for all members of the team
- Maintain all records, statistics, and awards information
- Maintain ongoing communication with players, parents, and media
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from the community, regulatory agencies or staff members.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
