We are working with an expanding recycling and resource recovery business seeking a commercially focused Feedstock Sourcing & Procurement Manager to help drive the growth of its material supply network. This is not a desk-based sales role. The position is focused on being active in the market — visiting suppliers, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing long-term supply agreements for clean single-stream recyclable materials that will be processed through the company’s operation.

You will play a key role in ensuring a consistent pipeline of feedstock supply while developing strategic relationships across the recycling, waste, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures.
  • Build a sustainable long-term supply pipeline.

You will ideally have experience in recycling, waste, plastics, commodities, or related sectors and be comfortable operating in a field-based commercial environment.
