Our client, Wild Capital, are a leading national provider of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units, nutrient neutrality credits, and environmental offsets, and they’re now investing in a senior commercial hire to lead their expansion into major infrastructure.

With upcoming regulatory changes bringing Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) into scope for BNG, this is a huge, untapped market opportunity, and they need someone who knows how to navigate it commercially and deliver a real ROI.

You’ll lead Wild Capital’s presence across the infrastructure sector, building relationships with Tier 1 contractors, developers, DCO applicants, and their advisors, and converting those into high-value commercial agreements.

If you’ve built a strong network across infrastructure and understand how projects are funded, procured, and delivered, this is your chance to leverage that knowledge in a new, high-growth market.

  • Driving business development across NSIPs and major infrastructure (transport, energy, water, utilities)
  • Building and leveraging relationships with Tier 1 contractors, promoters, and advisory firms
  • Shaping commercial strategy and identifying new routes to market

This is a commercial hire first - not a technical one.

A strong network (“black book”) across Tier 1 contractors, developers, or infrastructure stakeholders.

A deep understanding of how infrastructure projects are structured, procured, and delivered.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Be part of a sector being driven by legislation and long-term demand
  • Combine commercial success with genuine environmental impact
  • Benefit from a highly competitive package and performance bonus

If you’re a commercially driven infrastructure dealmaker with the network, credibility, and hunger to build something, this is a rare opportunity to step into a high-growth, high-impact market and make it your own - and help the planet at the same time.

Committed to inclusiveness in the workplace, we aim to increase diversity across all areas and therefore welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of their ethnicity, race, gender, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, age, or whether or not they have a disability.

Let us help build a better world, together.
