We're recruiting for a Principal Drainage Engineer to join an established team delivering innovative drainage, flood risk and water management solutions across a diverse portfolio of development and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project leadership, client engagement and mentoring junior engineers. The RoleYou'll lead the delivery of drainage and flood risk projects from inception through to completion, providing expert advice on surface water and wastewater management.

Working closely with clients, planners and multidisciplinary teams, you'll develop practical, sustainable solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
