Join a growing Surrey-based sustainability consultancy shaping the performance of commercial buildings. They are seeking an Energy Modelling Specialist with strong IES VE or NABERS expertise to deliver high-quality analysis across refurbishment and fit-out projects.

In this role, you will lead dynamic thermal modelling (DSM), TM52 overheating assessments, TM54 operational energy modelling, and non-domestic EPCs. You will play a key part in Part L compliance, passive design analysis, and Low/Zero Carbon feasibility studies, while supporting BREEAM energy credits (including ENE 01).

Working closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors, you will translate complex modelling outputs into clear, client-ready insights that influence design decisions.

Seeking someone with hands-on ApacheSim experience and a proven track record of delivering real project outputs - TM52, TM54, EPCs, and BRUKL reports. You will have a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and dynamic simulation principles, plus the confidence to manage multiple projects independently.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 3-5 days in the Surrey based office. We welcome mid-level to senior candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Please only apply if you have the long-term right to work in the UK and do not require sponsorship.

Committed to inclusiveness in the workplace, we aim to increase diversity across all areas and therefore welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of their ethnicity, race, gender, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, age, or whether or not they have a disability.
