I'm working with a growing environmental consultancy that's building a strong reputation for delivering complex remediation and contaminated land projects across the UK.

With a healthy pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they're looking to appoint a Senior Remediation Consultant to play a key role in delivering projects while helping shape the future of the business.

This is a varied position that combines technical delivery, project management and commercial responsibility.

You'll oversee remediation schemes from tender through to validation, manage subcontractors and site teams, prepare costings and pricing for new work, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

The work covers a wide range of contaminants including asbestos, PFAS, hydrocarbons and heavy metals, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging projects.

Candidates from a contaminated land background with strong waste management experience who are looking to move into a more hands-on remediation role are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering remediation projects, a solid understanding of waste soil classification and excavation techniques, and the confidence to manage both clients and contractors.

Commercial experience, including reviewing tenders and pricing works, would be highly advantageous, as would previous team leadership or mentoring experience.

You'll need to be comfortable travelling to sites across the South East and occasionally further afield.

In return, you'll join an agile consultancy where your contribution has a real impact.

Alongside a competitive salary of £45,000 to £65,000, the business offers a generous performance-related bonus scheme that rewards both successful project delivery and business development.

There is genuine scope to progress into a senior leadership position as the company continues to grow, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in remediation.
