A leading environmental innovation company is seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth across their unique portfolio of sphagnum moss-based climate and restoration solutions. The company is at the forefront of sustainable land use, delivering nature-based solutions for peatland restoration, peat-free horticulture, and carbon farming.

As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial strategy - identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities across NGOs, corporates, utilities, and government bodies. You'll lead on client engagement, present funding and restoration models, and negotiate commercial agreements. The role also involves shaping a long-term marketing plan, managing a small sales team, and supporting the development of new markets in the UK and internationally.
