Seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and support the sales team, develop client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and help customers find energy procurement and sustainability solutions. You will have a strong background in B2B consultative and solution-based sales environments.

Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team, improve commercial performance, and drive sustainable business growth through effective people management, sales discipline, and strategic channel development. You will be skilled in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to deal progression and conversion improvement, ideally within the renewable energy arena.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales professionals, setting clear performance targets, and implementing structured sales processes to improve forecasting, accuracy, CRM management, and overall sales effectiveness.

Experienced in conducting pipeline reviews, analysing sales performance data, and identifying opportunities to strengthen conversion rates and operational efficiency. You will need to have strong commercial awareness with the ability to support complex and high-value opportunities, contribute to pricing discussions, and collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Experienced in developing and managing channel partnerships, introducer networks, and routes to market that generate qualified opportunities and long-term revenue growth.
