Are you an experienced hydrogeologist looking to step into a leadership role within a globally focused, mission-driven environmental consultancy? We are seeking a proactive and strategic Manager of Environmental & Mining Hydrogeology to lead a specialist team in delivering cutting-edge hydrogeological services across international mining and resource projects. This position plays a key role in overseeing technical delivery, growing the groundwater services portfolio, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate combines strong scientific expertise with a commercial mindset and a passion for excellence in environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of hydrogeological investigations, including hydrocensus data collection, aquifer testing, groundwater monitoring, and dewatering assessments.
- Interpret complex datasets to develop conceptual and numerical groundwater flow and quality models that inform decision-making and meet both regulatory and client standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional environmental teams and ensure integrated project delivery aligned with global best practice.
