Are you a passionate Health & Safety professional looking to make a real impact? Our client is one of the UK’s leading consultancies in Health & Safety, Project Management, and Property Services. They are looking for a Senior Health & Safety Consultant to join their expert team. With a diverse portfolio spanning education, healthcare, retail, construction, and aviation, they deliver tailored, dynamic solutions that make a difference.
The role will include:
- Delivering high-quality, pragmatic H&S advice across multiple sectors
- Conducting audits, site inspections, and fire risk assessments
- Supporting clients with CDM 2015 duties and developing H&S management systems
- Contributing to design discussions to minimise risk at source
- Creating professional reports and delivering training
- Driving business development and managing client relationships
Candidates should ideally have:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (essential); NEBOSH Construction and Fire Certs (preferred)
- Strong consultancy background with experience in FM, estates, and corporate H&S
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations with experience in PD/PD Advisor/CDMA roles
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in report writing and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence – national travel will be required
- IOSH membership (TechIOSH minimum; Chartered preferred)
- Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Strategy experience is advantageous
