A leading UK-based water treatment company is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their growing service team. This is a hands-on role involving the servicing, maintenance, and occasional commissioning of water treatment systems (RO, deionisers, softeners, effluent plant) across client sites nationwide. Some overseas travel may also be required.

What You'll Do:

  • Service and maintain a range of water treatment systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and site teams
  • Provide both onsite and remote technical support
  • Complete reports and documentation using MS Office tools
  • Occasionally support system installations and commissioning

What You'll Need:

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Background in electrical or mechanical engineering (electrical preferred)
  • Experience in field service or technical support roles
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach
  • IT literate, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
