ProHort is seeking a Senior or Principal Ecologist to join its growing consultancy and lead the next phase of development within its ecology team. With over 30 years of experience delivering ecological, arboricultural and landscape services across England and Wales, ProHort has built a strong reputation for quality, professionalism and client service. As the business continues to grow, this appointment will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the ecology function.

What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Ecology or a related discipline
- Strong experience in ecological surveys, assessments and reporting
- Knowledge of protected species surveys and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
- Protected species licences, particularly bats, would be advantageous
- Strong client-facing and project management skills
- A collaborative leader with commercial awareness and growth ambitions
