The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
It’s an exciting time to join our client and play a part in helping to achieve their purpose of working together for a cleaner and sustainable environment. Working together with the training team, you will build, maintain and implement a Business Unit growth strategy for this business area, building on existing successes.
You will liaise with their network of external Training Centres who deliver training courses and assessments. You will need a drive to succeed, and a good understanding of the commercial aspect of operating a business training unit.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for, and experience in, developing commercially successful business streams. You will initially utilise the current training platforms and partners, whilst reviewing new platforms should there be a need to change.
You will oversee the induction process, ensuring all materials are kept up to date with new legislation as required by law, working closely with HR to ensure best practice. Ideally, you will have the relevant business experience along with experience in managing and developing a team, operating a business training unit or similar, budgeting and business planning.
Strong IT skills are a must. Health and safety legislation knowledge and a good understanding of the standards environment will be an advantage. The role is mainly office based; requiring some travel across the country. A valid driving license is essential for this position.
