The ideal candidate will be a designer with vision, someone who balances aesthetics and functionality while bringing originality and technical excellence to every project. The role involves leading designs from concept to completion, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
Candidate Requirements- A Chartered Landscape Architect qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A proven track record of delivering high end, design led projects from inception through to completion.
- An exceptional eye for design, with the ability to create innovative, practical, and beautiful landscapes that respond to site and client needs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (experience with SketchUp, NBS, Enscape, or Revit would be advantageous).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas, collaborate with clients and consultants, and mentor junior team members.
- Experience working with contractors and navigating planning applications, technical drawings, and construction contracts.
- A keen understanding of sustainability and environmental design principles, with a passion for integrating nature into every project.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and uphold the studio's high standards of quality and creativity.
