Reporting to the Divisional General Manager, you'll lead procurement across domestic and international markets, ensuring continuity of supply, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance. You'll shape sourcing strategies, negotiate key contracts, and build long-term supplier partnerships that deliver value across cost, quality, and service.
You'll also lead and develop a team of buyers, driving performance, setting clear objectives, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with Planning, Finance, Production, and Commercial teams, you'll align procurement strategy with wider business goals.
This role would suit someone with strong commercial acumen, proven negotiation skills, and experience in fast-paced environments such as FMCG or manufacturing. You'll be confident influencing stakeholders, comfortable working with data to drive decisions, and experienced in managing supplier relationships and procurement governance.
In return, you'll have the autonomy to shape procurement strategy, lead meaningful change, and contribute to business growth. This is a senior role where your expertise will directly impact cost optimisation, supply resilience, and operational success.
