We are seeking a Principal Natural Capital Consultant to lead and grow a high-impact service offering focused on protecting and enhancing the value of nature. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and expanding Natural Capital services, delivering innovative, commercially successful solutions that help organisations respond to climate, biodiversity, and regulatory pressures. What You’ll Do:
- Act as the subject matter expert for Natural Capital across client engagements and internal strategy
- Shape and execute a clear go-to-market strategy to grow service lines and client base
- Monitor and interpret emerging trends, legislation, and international standards around Natural Capital, ecosystem services, and biodiversity
- Lead business development initiatives, including tender responses, proposals, and participation in major bids
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and project delivery aligned with their goals
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work

- Deep knowledge of market drivers, frameworks, and policies shaping the Natural Capital agenda
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
