We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Hydrogeologist to lead a specialist team in delivering cutting‑edge hydrogeological services across international mining and resource projects. This position plays a key role in overseeing technical delivery, growing the groundwater services portfolio, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate combines strong scientific expertise with a commercial mindset and a passion for excellence in environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of hydrogeological investigations, including hydro census data collection, aquifer testing, groundwater monitoring, and dewatering assessments.
- Interpret complex datasets to develop conceptual and numerical groundwater flow and quality models that inform decision‑making and meet both regulatory and client standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional environmental teams and ensure integrated project delivery aligned with global best practice.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for clients and stakeholders, providing strategic input into water management plans, permitting processes, and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee and contribute to technical reporting for clients and regulatory authorities.
