A pioneering organisation in the environmental sector is looking for a strategic, commercially astute, and forward-thinking Head of Sales to lead the launch and growth of its Nature Shares (biodiversity credits) proposition. This newly created role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with a passion for sustainability and a strong track record in building high-performing teams.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for shaping and delivering the go-to-market strategy for Nature Shares, establishing the organisation\’s leadership position in this emerging market. This individual will work closely with internal teams and key external stakeholders to drive sales performance, enhance brand positioning, and develop a scalable commercial model that supports nature restoration efforts across the UK.
Candidates should bring at least 8 to 10 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the environmental, sustainability, or nature-based solutions space.
