The Role
You will carry out fire door inspections and surveys, identifying defects and non-compliance, and producing clear, professional reports using digital surveying tools and mobile apps. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and a professional approach on site.

Requirements
- FDIS certification (or equivalent) is essential. Accepted qualifications include:
- FDIS Certified Inspector
- BM TRADA Fire Door Inspection
- Bluesky Certification
- Or recognised equivalent
- You should also have:
- 5+ years' experience in fire doors / passive fire protection / joinery
- Strong knowledge of fire door compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- IT literacy and confidence using tablets/apps
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
