Our client is looking for a passionate Divisional Manager to manage and develop the water services capabilities, providing strategic growth and direction for the division.
You\’ll need to hold a Post Graduate degree in Hydrogeology, Water Science, Hydrology or similar and be registered with a professional body such as SACNASP. With extensive experience in the relevant field, preferably within consulting, you\’ll have extensive experience of conducting specialist investigations, with comprehensive exposure to the mining industry and the knowledge to apply country legislation and international standards relating to Environmental, Mining and Water. You\’ll have the ability to manage projects in accordance with scope, budget and timelines. An excellent communicator, you\’ll have strong report writing skills, with the capability to communicate to all stakeholders effectively.
Importantly, you will have experience of managing, developing and mentoring teams of 5+ staff, exhibiting good leadership acumen. You\’ll enjoy working independently and collaboratively, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
Holding a Management Development Programme (MDP) or similar qualification and a Project Management Certificate would be beneficial to this role.
