A highly respected environmental and sustainability advisory firm is looking for a talented Sustainability & ESG Consultant to join its growing UK team. Based in London with hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to work at the forefront of sustainable real estate and responsible investment.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across commercial property portfolios, supporting clients with:
- ESG and sustainability due diligence
- Climate risk and resilience assessments
- Asset-level ESG reporting
- Carbon footprinting and decarbonisation strategies
- BREEAM and energy optimisation projects
- Sustainability policies and roadmaps
You’ll play a key role in helping investors and asset managers meet regulatory, environmental, and performance expectations—while building a strong personal profile in a rapidly expanding sector.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, motivated consultant with:
- A relevant degree (Bachelor's/Master's level)
- Solid knowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks (e.g. TCFD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, GRESB, UN PRI)
- Experience in sustainability strategy, reporting, or environmental consultancy
- An understanding of commercial property and landlord/tenant dynamics
- Strong project management and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and deliver commercially focused solutions
- A consultancy background and exposure to real estate sustainability projects would be a strong advantage.
