This is not a typical sales role. Our client is presenting an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual with entrepreneurial skills who is interested in joining a brand-new company investing in the clinical waste and aesthetics industry. You'll be joining with a view to challenging the dominance of the "big waste" providers with a premium, specialist service tailored to the aesthetics industry. In this newly created role, you'll play a pivotal role in building a network of 500 flagship clinics, positioning the business as the go-to partner for compliance-led, discreet, and high-end clinical waste solutions. You'll take full ownership of business development across the aesthetics market, driving growth through a proactive, hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across aesthetic clinics, skin clinics, and medical spas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to signed contracts.
- Build relationships with clinic owners and decision-makers.
- Represent the business at key industry events such as ACE and CCR.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in clinical waste sales or strong experience selling into the aesthetics/medical clinic sector.
- Solid understanding of EWC codes, HTM 07-01, and upcoming licensing regulations.
- Hunter mentality; comfortable generating own leads and opening new doors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage high-end, professional clients.
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and excited by a zero-to-one growth journey.
