We’re partnering with a progressive energy and sustainability consultancy seeking an experienced Energy & Carbon Manager to lead its carbon, energy and decarbonisation services. This is a senior role combining technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic influence, helping organisations reduce emissions and meet compliance targets.
The Role: You’ll lead and oversee:
- Delivery of energy audits, EPC, DEC, ESOS and Net Zero roadmaps
- Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprinting and reporting
- Decarbonisation and carbon reduction strategies
- Client relationships, bids, and service development
- Mentoring and developing junior consultants
About You: You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in energy, sustainability, or carbon consultancy
- Strong knowledge of UK energy and carbon compliance
- Expertise in carbon data management and reporting frameworks
- Membership of EI, CIBSE, or IEMA
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Willingness to travel across the UK
Desirable: ESOS Lead Assessor, digital reporting experience
